Green Parts washer - environmentally friendly and cost effective!

Cotton
It's amazing how effective ground cotton husk can be at cleaning parts - and there's no monthly disposal costs for solvents.
Green Car Depollution has added a sustainable and cost effective range of parts washers to their eco spill control range. Launched last year at sustainability Live Expo in Birmingham, the range attracted attention from all areas of industry including leading car manufacturers, auto recyclers and waste management companies.

It was the absorbent spill control that first attracted Green Car's attention. Contained in a convenient wheeled, wall or carry pack, the “Fibercan” absorbent is made from a ground cotton husks - see previous related article

They could not believe the product when they first saw it; unlike normal granuals it instantly consumed spilt oil. After sweeping, the product is returned back to the container via an integral sieve, leaving a minimal residue to dispose of. In addition the floor is instantly clean with no trace of oil and no soggy granules or mats to deal with. Take a look at the demo video.

GreenCar EcoSpill
Green Car's Eco parts washer
The spill control was so well received that they added the Green Car Eco parts washer to the range. The washer is fast becoming the leader in Europe. It quickly and efficiently cleans parts using the latest bioremediation technology. Parts are left grease and residue free. It has no odour and the lid prevents evaporation. As there are no built in costs for monthly disposal of solvent, the washer is economically beneficial in addition to performance, environmental and health and safety benefits.
