Green Car’s rising star

Olivia Hutchins of Green Car
Green Car and their Director, Olivia Hutchins scoops three awards.
Green Car Depollution Ltd and their Director, Olivia Hutchins had a lot to celebrate recently when they picked up three awards at the South West Women in Business Awards sponsored by Coutts.

Tewkesbury based, Green Car Depollution Ltd began trading in March 2011, specialising in the manufacture of depollution equipment. Although, only trading for two years, the company has the benefit of over twelve years experience in the Sector, thanks to Olivia`s father, Julian Dale and his team who manufacture the products in the UK. In addition to providing equipment for standard vehicles, innovations include purpose built depollution Rigs for larger commercial vehicles.

With support from United Kingdom Trade and Investment, Olivia has pushed forward the successful export drive which has resulted in this achievement. Recognising her and the company’s success, the South West Women in Business Awards sponsored by Coutts decided to make Olivia a double award winner. At only 23 years old, she was the youngest finalist.

The three awards were:
  • New Business Award: Winner: Green Car Depollution Ltd
  • Rising Star Award: Winner: Olivia Hutchins (Green Car Depollution)
  • Innovation Award: Finalist Olivia Hutchins (Green Car Depollution)
The ceremony was held on March 29th at the Centaur Suite at Cheltenham Racecourse. Well done to Olivia and her team at Green Car - they will all be up at the CARS show demonstrating why their machines have given them this success - well worth calling by when you are up at the show.
