AutoDrain announce Fuel Recovery Qualification

Fuel recovery qualification
Are you qualified to remove fuel?
I’m sure most of us know that petrol is a flammable substance, but just how dangerous petrol vapour can be is still something that not many of us understand fully. For example, did you know that one litre of petrol is enough to create 15,000 litres of explosive petrol vapour? It only takes a single static electricity spark to cause a major explosion.

It is for this reason that AutoDrain are building upon its expertise within fuel recovery equipment, for the dismantling and recover industries, and are now offering a QAA (Quality Assurance Agency) qualification in the Safe Recovery and Storage of Petrol. This course is brand new for 2012, and is aimed at anyone who regularly deals with draining a vehicle’s fuel tank, storing fuel on their site or working with petrol in a vehicle in any way.

Even if you have years of experience in dealing with petrol, a qualification will refresh your knowledge and give you peace of mind in being able to confirm your competence for insurance and inspection purposes.

AutoDrain offer a variety of different fuel recovery equipment packages to suit your business needs. All of our fuel recovery equipment is designed to be fit for purpose and to keep you safe as well as maximising your profits.

For more information on AutoDrain’s products or to book places on the course, you can contact AutoDrain on 0113 2059332 or email them. You can also visit their website.
